My name is Cory Racioppo and I am the founder of The Fitness Audit Company. I am a former professional athlete turned lifelong health enthusiast. Throughout my mission to master the principles of long-term vitality, I realized that true fitness actually hinges on a few fundamental concepts. When these are properly understood, achieving the body and health you want becomes a matter of strategy, not guesswork.
For years, I have been an unwilling witness to the most common pitfalls of the fitness industry. I have watched the toll this takes on people’s lives:
